We will not be beaten on price by any company in the UK. If you manage to find a cheaper price then please email us at sales@aerogarden.org.uk and we will email back a suitable invoice – as long as the related supplier has the product in stock that day.

Product Guarantee

We always stand by the quality and safety of the products we supply and the service we offer. If you’re not completely satisfied, please tell us about it so that we can put the situation right and do better next time! You can return an unused product to us within 28 days for a full refund provided it is packaged in a resalable condition.

We will endeavour to replace or exchange any items that have become defective within the first year (with the exception of grow bulbs which have a six month life cycle). When returning a product, please contact us to confirm exact details by emailing contact@aerogarden.org.uk. Please tell us the reason you are returning the product, as this really helps us to improve our service to you.We recommend you obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning items to us, to insure you against lost post.

If you are returning an item please call our order line to discuss the ways in which you can return the order. If the fault is proved to be with the product, we’ll refund the full cost of returning the product to us.

Delivery Policy

Aerogarden.org.uk deliver all goods by next working day courier (DHL) or by Royal Mail First Class. All orders received before 2.00pm are dispatched the same day. Home deliveries can arrive any time before 8.00pm the next day.
