Aerogarden.org.uk is the UK's only dedicated Aerogarden supplier.
Aerogarden.org.uk was established in October 2007 when the Aerogarden set of products was first launched in the UK and we stock the widest range of Aerogarden packages and accessories in Europe.
The Aerogarden is an indoor hydroponic garden which allows people to easily grow a wide variety of herbs, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, herbs, chili peppers, edible flowers, and more in an energy-efficient, organic-based environment.
The Aerogarden takes around five minutes to set up and includes everything you will need to get your first crop to full cultivation. Just follow the simple instructions to set up, and the growing process starts immediately, with germination occurring within 24 hours. A mature plant will be ready for harvesting five times faster than if grown in soil. The AeroGarden system monitors itself to create ideal growing conditions for each plant and alerts you when it is time to add more water and nutrients. No soil or natural light is needed, so even low-light spaces are suitable.

.Troubleshooting – There are Brown Spots on my Lettuce
Your may have noticed some small brown speckles appearing on the leaves of the lettuce in your aerogarden at the early stages of growth. Do not worry – some of the varieties of lettuce in seed kits like the Salad Greens are of a red-speckled variety. When the speckling first appears, it can look like brown freckles. These leaves will become much more sightly as they develop.
Troubleshooting – My nutrients tablets arrived wet/melted in their bag
From time to time, customers send us an email telling that the nutrients inside the Seed Kit they just received have melted or have become wet while still in the package. The nutrients we ‘re selling are hydroscopic, meaning that they would absorb moisture from the air. If the bag wasn’t sealed properly or damaged, they may become sticky and even, in extreme cases, melt.
If this has happened to your nutrients and the liquid or sticky substance is still contained in the bag, they will be fine to use. You don’t have to throw them away and order new ones, provided you follow the procedure below :
- Fill a cup or mug with about a cup of water
- Rinse the inside of the bag in that cup of water, flushing out any sticky residue, which contains valuable nutrients, into the water.
- Pour the cup of water with the nutrient tablets into the AeroGarden Bowl, taking care not to spill any. If any residue is left in the bottom of the cup, use a bit more fresh water to assure that all the nutrient makes it into the AeroGarden with no residue left in the cup.
- To prevent further absorption of moisture, place the remaining unopened strip of nutrient tablets into a clean, dry container with a tight-fitting lid and store them in the freezer until needed.
That way the nutrients won’t loose their efficiency. And you’ll get wonderful and fully grown plants
If your nutrient tablets have leaked out of the bag, please contact us at 0845 170 7555 and one of our specialists will be happy to assist you.
